Ghostemane BIOGRAPHY

Ghostemane has established itself as a very diverse artist who draws attention with both music and a very atypical and conspicuous way. In a recent interview, the guests said that he was trying to combine as many as possible the most diverse and unusual styles for the average listener, which, to be honest, he did great.

The artist masterfully notices aggression and anger, ugliness, confusion, contempt - all these inherent features of people in his tracks, which are the quintessential description of all the most repulsive and unpleasant in our behavior. From a technical point of view, Ghostemane is, of course, a bottle of unexpected solutions: he manages to combine metal, hardcore, and hip-hop elements seamlessly. At the output, we have a driving cocktail of the most powerful sound, thanks to which the listeners have the desire to set off into the wild tune of everything around, which, of course, is always observed on the live performers.

FACTS

Ghostemane seeks inspiration from the work of experimental grindcore bands Full Of Hell and Circle Takes The Square, and also likes Brand New and Coheed And Cambria.

Eric's favorite series, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (sometimes in the Russian translation, is also "Five Under the Sun").

The Ghostemane logo is a variant of the Hieroglyphic Monad of John Dee - a geometric expression of alchemical ideas.

Two of Ghostemane's favorite books are The Thinker by James Allen and The Book of the Law by Alistair Crowley.

As a teenager, to cope with the loss of his father, Eric listened to Atreyu and Beneath The Sky.

Dr. Dre's album "The Chronic" actually pushed the musician to hip-hop, which he did not care about before.

Ghostemane is interested in astrophysics. His obsession with this subject began with a viewing of the Cosmos: Space and Time series with Neil Degrass Tyson.

When Eric ceases to get involved in music and ends his musical career, he is going to become a teacher of astronomy, from which he is crazy.

The musician was a member of the bands Schemaposse, Seven Serpents, and Nemesis.

Ghostename believes that his music is very suitable for the Russians, since the mood of the capital, people on the streets is very consistent with his music and stimulates creativity.
